Other After school programs

Lego Club

During Wednesday lunch hours, students from grades 1-9 can take part in our Lego Club. Currently we have 16 youth meeting each week to work together in teams to build various Lego kits. Each team has set roles that rotate on a weekly basis. These are: Builder, who actually build the structure; Engineer, who reads the instructions; and Sorter, who sorts and retrieves the pieces for the builder. Mrs. Cox helps to facilitate the Club, in addition to a few Grade 9 students.

Little Rockers Curling Club

On January 15th, we will be starting an introductory level Junior Curling Program for children in grades Kindergarten, Grade 1 and 2. This 5-week program intends to introduce children to basic curling skills, safety and rules to the game.

REAL Fit Club

The Fit Club is an inclusive opportunity for students k-9 to participate in fun, interactive, team building activities. Parents and community members are welcome to participate.
